Sharon brings her impressive financial services background to our team, leveraging nearly a decade of experience building strong relationships with institutional investors. Now, she's ready to channel her expertise into fostering powerful partnerships with organizations supporting entrepreneurs in underserved communities across the U.S.

As our Head of Partnerships, Sharon will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive partnership strategy. She'll work closely with our partners at the SCOBY Collective to forge alliances with a diverse range of entrepreneur support organizations (ESOs).

Marc is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Ulu Ventures, the largest Latina-led venture capital firm in the U.S. that invests in women and minority-owned businesses and other diverse management teams. He has over 30 years of experience in start-ups, turnarounds, and scaling businesses across different industries within the U.S. and internationally.

Siddhartha has more than 23 years of experience in the technology industry. He started his career at GE with recent experience at Amazon and Chewy.com. He joins Positive Planet to drive strategic technology development that will transform the non-profit into a high-impact enabler for small business owners across the country. He will work to implement new systems both internally for volunteers and externally for small business owners.

Arlyn brings 25-plus years of experience in manufacturing, high tech, retail, and telecommunication industries, having spent his career helping people reach their goals and potential. Arlyn will help the Positive Planet team stay aligned and engaged in our fully remote model. He will also be responsible for sourcing new key talent to help deliver on our mission.

Her expertise and energy will support the incredible entrepreneurs that Positive Planet supports. Her rich experience, networks, and understanding enabling small business owners from underserved communities will have a material impact on our Propel (Accelerator) and Pacer (Community) programs and in designing our Platform solution.
